About us

This website is run by the company below, which operates the Corfu Collection properties: Mantzarou Luxury Suites, San Rocco Luxury Suites, Serenity Suites Corfu and Swan House Panoramic View. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company, and “you” means anyone who uses the website or books a stay.

Each property is registered with the Greek National Tourism Organisation. Its registration number (MHTE) is shown on the property page and in the footer of this website.

Using this website

You may use this website to find out about our properties and to make or enquire about a booking. Please do not misuse it: do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with how it works, or use automated tools to copy its content.

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Property information and prices

We describe each suite and apartment as accurately as we can. Photos show the property as it is, but furniture, views and decoration may vary slightly between units of the same type and over time.

Prices on this website are shown in euro and include VAT. The climate resilience fee required by Greek law is charged per room per night on top of the rate and is paid at the property, unless your confirmation says otherwise. Prices and availability can change until a booking is confirmed.

Bookings

Online bookings are made through our booking engine, which is provided by WebHotelier and opens on its own secure pages. When you book, you will see the full price, what it includes and the conditions of the rate you choose before you pay.

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. At that point a contract is formed between you and us on these terms and the conditions of your rate. Please check the confirmation and let us know straight away if anything is wrong.

The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests on the booking.

If you book through a travel agent or an online travel platform, that company’s terms also apply to your booking and payment.

Payment and invoices

Depending on the rate, payment may be taken when you book, before arrival or at the property. The conditions of your rate say which. Card details you enter in the booking engine are processed by WebHotelier and its payment providers and are never stored on this website.

We issue a receipt or invoice for every stay, as Greek tax law requires. If you need an invoice for a company, please give us the company details and VAT number before check-out.

Cancellations, changes and no-shows

Each rate has its own cancellation, change and no-show conditions. They are shown before you book and repeated in your confirmation, and they apply to your booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or changed free of charge.

To cancel or change a booking, contact us by email or phone using the details in your confirmation. If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the no-show conditions of your rate apply.

As bookings for accommodation on specific dates are not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law, only the conditions of your rate apply.

If we cannot provide your accommodation for reasons within our control, we will offer you a comparable alternative or a full refund of any amount you have paid.

Your stay

• Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00 and check-out is by 11:00. If you will arrive outside these hours, tell us in advance and we will arrange key collection.
• Identification. Greek law requires us to record the details of every guest, so we will ask to see an ID card or passport for each adult on arrival.
• Occupancy. The number of guests may not exceed the number on the booking or the maximum stated for the suite.
• Pets are considered on request at Serenity Suites and Swan House only. Please ask before booking.
• Access. Mantzarou Luxury Suites is on the third floor and San Rocco Luxury Suites on the second, both without a lift.
• Care of the property. Please treat the suites with care and respect the neighbours. You are responsible for damage caused during your stay by you or your guests, beyond normal wear.

Our liability

We are responsible for providing your accommodation with reasonable skill and care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for events outside our reasonable control (such as extreme weather, strikes, or interruptions to public utilities), or for belongings left in the suites.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own use. Any other copying or reuse needs our written permission.

Links to other websites

This website links to other websites, such as the booking engine, maps and social media. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data. Their own terms and policies apply.

Complaints, governing law and disputes

If something is not right, please tell us during your stay so we can put it right, or write to us at reservations@corfucollection.com. We reply to written complaints within 14 days.

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts. Otherwise, the courts of Corfu have jurisdiction.

Consumers can also refer a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body, such as the Hellenic Consumer’s Ombudsman (synigoroskatanaloti.gr).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you book applies to your booking.
